Preventative Care
The team at Argyle Family Dentistry is passionate about keeping your teeth in top shape. The most effective process through which we do this is dental checkups, cleanings, and preventative measures twice per year. You will work with one of our two dentists and one of our dental hygienists to preserve your smile’s natural, healthy state and structure during our preventive efforts. This will result in a stunning smile that will last for a lifetime! Our staff uses precaution when working on your teeth to keep the onset, development, and repetition of oral conditions and diseases under control.
You will visit Argyle Family Dentistry twice per year for hygiene appointments, during which one of our talented dental hygienists will thoroughly clean your teeth. While you must floss and brush on your own time, hygiene appointments help rid your mouth of difficult-to-remove tartar, tooth decay, and plaque that may cause dental disease if left untreated. Exams are given by one of the dentists. They will ensure you are not developing any dental disease and that your teeth are in excellent health. X-rays will also be taken, which are used by our dentists to get to know your mouth’s structure and to pinpoint issues that may not be visible during your exam.
Your Family Dentist
We also offer therapy for gum disease. This is great for any person who has periodontitis or gingivitis. Lastly, you will regularly be screened for oral cancer. This will allow your dentist to identify early cancer signs and treat them before they become more severe.
